Both amchoor and dates are a very good source of iron, which makes them advantageous for pregnant women and people who suffer from anemia. Moreover, amchoor is rich in vitamin E and K, which make our hormonal system efficient.

Dates are low on sodium and rich in potassium, which helps in keeping the nervous system healthy. Some studies have also indicated that potassium intake can considerably reduce the risk of strokes.
